Man Threatens To Kill Justice Kavanaugh. What It Says About "Incitement."

A California man armed with a gun, a knife and pepper spray was arrested near the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, saying he wanted to kill him, "...to give his life purpose."
