Nicholas John Roske, 26, was arrested in Chevy Chase, MD, in the early morning hours of June 8.
He has been charged with the attempted murder of a federal judge.
Kavanaugh and his family were reportedly home at the time of the incident.

A SCOTUS spokesperson stated that Roske was arrested after he made “threats against Justice Kavanaugh.”.
When Roske was apprehended, authorities found a Glock 17, ammunition, a knife and several other suspicious items. Roske reportedly told authorities he was upset over the recent leak of the SCOTUS opinion overturning Roe v.
Wade.
