Jonathan Eisenstat, a medical examiner for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, falsified reports and testimony which would state that the size of the wound would actually not be from the gun of Roger Lee Baker, Jr. He would indicate that it was Roger Lee Baker Jr's gun but then he would indicated that any size caliber could have made the entrance and exit wounds.
This would establish him along with several agents of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation as a conspirator to frame Roger Lee Baker, Jr, from Talbot County, Ga of a murder he did not commit.
