Dr. Jonathan Eisenstat, a medical Examiner for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, performed an autopsy on Calvin Ellison on July 9, 2007.
He fabricated and falsified an autopsy report in order to frame Roger Lee Baker, Jr for a murder he never committed.
Dr. Eisenstat stated the path of the bullet went from to back, left to right, and upward, however his own report shows that the bullet went downward.
He also stated that the gunshot wound was from an indeterminate range but cites a rim of abrasion is present which means that the gun touched the skin.
He also stated that the bullet was halved in size on exit (which can only happen if the bullet fragments, but he indicates no bullet or fragments were found in the body).
This included court testimony sworn under oath which cites his perjury.
