He reportedly blew a stop sign in front of police, so they began to follow him.
The police say Timberlake's car was swerving, so they pulled him over.
A field sobriety test was conducted, which Timberlake reportedly failed.

Timberlake was later "arraigned and released without bail," TMZ reports.
