Starmer arrives in Ukraine to sign long-term deal

The prime minister has arrived in Kyiv to sign a new long-term partnership deal with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Sir Keir Starmer's visit to Ukraine is his first since being elected as prime minister.

He was greeted by the UK ambassador to Ukraine, Martin Harris, and Ukraine's envoy to London, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, as he stepped off the train at Kyiv railway station.
