Dr. joey page - currently the superintendent here at byron public schools - will be going year austin, mn after 12 years at austin public schools - superintendent david krenz is retiring at the end of this school year.

He's worked in education since 1977 in various districts throughout southeastern minnesota and central wisconsin.

In a normal year - superintendent krenz may be celebrating a variety of "lasts."

But due to the pandemi - he's experiencing a lot of "firsts" in his final year.

While the year's been challenging - it's also been rewarding for him... and in the prepares to wrap up the school year - his parting message to students and staff is to keep challenging themselves.
